ELEMENTAL RYTHYM BREATHWORK
My breathwork story began 5 years ago when I decided to explore into healing past trauma. I attended a weekend retreat where I met an amazing practitioner, Giovanni Bartolomeo, who introduced us to this type of breathwork during the retreat.
I was so surprised on how powerful this whole experience was. There were people having some deep emotional releases. People were sharing their stories and amazing benefits they had experienced, overcoming addiction, depression, chronic pain, inflammation, improving their sleep and so much more!! I found I was letting go of some of my past traumas and emotions that I had no idea were so built up inside me.
It was absolutely incredible!
So what is Elemental Breathwork?
It is a 90 minute experience that brings participants through movement, breathing, sounds, smells and guided meditation. Through guided facilitation, the participant can release emotions, gain clarity, release stress, get insights and so much more!!
It’s a great way to improve your overall well being!
Breathwork is a way to help clients ultimately feel more vibrant and alive.
There are many modalities available today when it comes to breathwork. It can be used to release emotions and blocked energy, eliminate or reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, reduce pain, increase athletic performance and metabolism and so much more.

Our minds are always racing a mile a minute… thinking of the 8 million things that we want to accomplish in the day. Life can get crazy busy at times and let’s be honest… we don’t even take the time to stop and pay attention to our breath.
How many times a day do you feel yourself all of a sudden take a few deep breaths or even sit back in your chair with your hands behind your head and take a deep breath and not even aware of it?
Well, that is your body trying to reset and calm down your nervous system. Deep breathing is important. It helps to increase the oxygen into your cells and is responsible for keeping your organs alive.
Breathwork helps to calm the nervous system and therefore reduces stress and anxiety. Releases muscle tension, lowers blood pressure, helps you to think and gain more mental clarity.
These are just a few. What I do know is that it is important for you health to take time and breathe. It’s free and its easy and it does not take long to do a minute of deep breathing.
You really have to try it for yourself to understand exactly how powerful breathwork can be!
